Getting back on track

The first Saturday of the new year. It is gray and cold and the doggies were both on the bed. A perfect day to sleep in. My alarm went off at 6 AM and I hit snooze and rolled over for more doggie snuggling where it was nice and warm. Eventually, I got up. I had yoga this morning. Then I went back to Weight Watchers for a meeting. It's a good thing I enjoyed eating the way I did over the last three months cause it sure did come at a price.

So I am getting back on track. I actually started following the WW program on Monday. Did pretty good all week. Small changes work for me. Scheduling works for me. Planning works for me. I just need to remember these things.
